This has to be the worse experience ever I have ever encountered 6 weeks of no information no contact just plain bad business protocol Mr supervisor Keith gave me a false number to contact I’ve have it written down . You have to go to the Cummins service center yourself to get any information. But once you go there, that’s when the problems really start. Had my Volvo with a Cummins engine brought to this shop. They recommended new batteries to get voltage readings up. Truck had been losing its prime and not wanting to run continuously. Bill said they spent 7 1/2 hours trying to find why the truck was losing prime. After 2 days I happened to drive to the lot and noticed my truck wasn’t being serviced and had been sitting all day. Cam in with a scr error on my X15 with 25% torque derate on monday morning. no appointment and had a load with me. Worked me in, got me diagnosed, and replaced the part same day, out by 3pm. No complaints what so ever.
Unfortunately absolute worst experience in my life with the generator service department person Bill. Apparently it takes 3 -4 visits to repair a generator without success. 2 of my generators still leak oil and shut down. And since he cancelled my appointments and just let my trucks sit on the lot without touching them, I lost a ton of work hours.
