These people are the worst! You’d think, bring your Cummins motor to Cummins, right? They will know how to fix it! NOT AT ALL! Did they tell you, well, that’s what happens when you just show up. What? Who doesn’t just show up. That was after showing up and making an appointment for 2 days later. All they’re going to do is start replacing things that don’t need replacing. Don’t even bother. Went here for the recall on my generator in last minutes before my trip, it was a very frustrating situation but staffs here in Cummins are very reassuring and helpful! Everybody is polite and always checking if I’m ok, if I’m comfortable and was updating me every now and then on what’s going on… they made me feel the people are there for you… I will surely recommend them to everybody. Can’t thank them enough for being understanding and helpful and polite…
Terrible service, went there with a ECM issue on my 2005 ISX, I only wanted it diagnosed if ECM was the problem or a wiring issue. When they found out that the EGR had been deleted they wanted nothing to do with me, it was deleted after three EGR’s and two turbos and they couldn’t come up with a solution.I want to thank them though, I went to kenworth and problem was found in less than 45 minutes, wiring. I will “NEVER” deal with then again and will spread the word of how I was treated.
I am absolutely baffled how this location is still open. I manage a Truck shop here in calgary and rebuild numerous Cummins engines. I’ve tried multiple times to contact them for parts and sometimes service as we need liner bores cut. If I’m lucky after waiting for a half hour or more someone will answer the phone for parts.
