I would like to give Josh 20 stars however I’m only allowed to give him 5. He is extraordinary service manager who gave me the best quality service!. He also found me a hook up to my rv when I was told there was none. Speaking to him was a success since I have driven two hours and I was not feeling good. He made my evening comfortable and in the morning he made sure I was taken care off!. Charged $1,857.24 for labor for generator repair. Our Cummins generator had stopped working. The weather service was predicting heavy rain and so it was essential that we have a back up power source for our sump pumps as soon as possible. I contacted Cummins Sales and Service in Normal. A repairman came out, diagnosed the problem (needed new battery charger), and then returned with the part needed for the repair. When he finished I was told that "full service ahd been completed". I was not even Cummings customer, I had just called for info and these guys were amazing! It made me wish I had selected them to work on my motorhome instead of the place I chose. I would definately use them in the future - HANDS DOWN, NO HESITATION. They know and practice customer service 100%.
My husband and I really appreciate the professionalism and helpfulness of Brody, Chris, and Eron in the parts department! They located a part needed for the Cummins engine in our motorhome that was difficult to find. It will help us get back on the road! We highly recommend this location in Normal, Illinois!
I would not even give them a one star after spending $2000.00 there. We had maintenance done all to find the air filter that was replaced flopping around when we got home after picking it up (things happen). We called not once but four times to get an estimate on tie rod ends and yet to hear back! Teresa says I'll call you back....still waiting!!!!!
