Work for Cummins recycling. In Clyde Ohio. Whirlpool. It's horrible. Wear old used gloves, take money out of your first check for a safety vest. Which the one Im forced to wear is used wholes in it. The supervisor on nights. isn't showing me anything on how to do my job. The lady I work with. Started the same day. Is being shown everything about the job.
I reached out to them for annual service for an RV. When I called the RV manufacturer for service they stated they could not get me in until the end of December, over 4 months from when I called. Upon doing some research and reading on forums I learned that Cummings also does most service and is local. I called and got an appointment in less then a week. Great emergency service for our motorhome. Dave made time for our repair and we were back on the road in less than 24 hours. Amazing professionalism, communication, and service. Very grateful we found them!!!
Came in today with level 1 engine derate and these guys did an awesome job figuring out the problem and getting the needed part on the start of a holiday weekend non the less!!! Thanks so much for getting us back on the road guys since we are out of Texas! We will definitely come back to you guys for service again.
Highly recommend very professional and organized. Got my truck in right away to diagnose the problem..had to overnight a part but got me rolling 1st thing in the morning
