Professional, friendly honest. Garrett was informative hard working on top of his job. Whole staff was competent,friendly, first time customer's but not last time.
After reading the other reviews I was concerned about going here. After calling for an appointment, we were greeted and the tech came out to check things out. Service was completed quickly and under what I had estimated the job would cost. All in all a good experience.
Kind of shady....at least that's how I felt when I left. So needless to say, I won't be returning. I brought my motorhome in to be serviced, it has a Cummins engine so I thought Cummins would be the best place to bring it. After servicing was complete, I came in to pick it up. The told me the coolant was weak and should be changed ASAP. OK. I left it overnight to have it done the next morning. On my way home I called them and asked them to make sure and lock it.
