Great team here. Jackson although young is very knowledgeable. Him, and Ben with their expertise figured out the most cost efficient method to get me home to CA. Also Sarah wrote it up to where I didn’t even need a band-aid… thanks guys 👍🏾
An oasis in the wilderness. Staff very helpful, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. As an owner/operator, this shop is a rare find, and I would highly recommend it to anyone in the area. I had issues that could've cost thousands, but they found the solution to the problem very quickly and repaired it in less than 2 hours. This shop deserves your business.
Issue: Stop Engine Light needed to be reset on our engine computer. Our initial contact with service to set our appointment went very well, friendly and fast. Our 2007 Class A with 99,700 miles and a 400 ISL (part of 2006/2007 Cummins Campaign) was towed to the facility we had experienced blue smoke and unusual noise coming from the engine. I came across this shop my ISX15 high pressure fuel pump disintegrated internally. No one advised my to have it serviced. Needless to say i replaced the fuel pump, oil pump, oil cooler and main bearing here. Service manager Steve and his support staff are very pleasant. 2 months later i get a low pressure fuel reading. I stopped by but was in a hurry. The technician Josh stated it would take 2 hours to diagnose. So i left. Cummings in NJ wants 4 to 5 hours to diagnose. Had to come back to get truck fixed here. Great place! All the staff were extremely friendly and help. Walked in thinking I needed a $7,000.00 turbo. They found my problem and said have a nice day. Never in 25 years of truck driving have a had a better experience at a repair shop. I recommend if your coming through Rock Springs and need an honest repair shop go here.
