This location was a lifesaver to us - we called on a Friday letting Ryan know we had issues with our RV Onan 8k genset and that we had a part that we think is the issue but cannot get to where it needed to be switched out. We told him when we could arrive as we are currently living in the RV and on the road. He said no problem get here when you can. We arrived and were shown a 30amp outlet and plugged in. Very dissatisfied with the service. Out of town elderly couple had overheating issues, brings the RV in and gets charged $400, not even sure what for. Owners were pretty sure they knew what was wrong and even bought the part! Then gets quoted $200 per hour for 12 hours to take it apart to FIND what is wrong. Luckily, they knew better and picked up their RV and left! Part was changed in 4 hours and they were back on the Road to Florida. Definitely feel they were taking advantage of people who were stranded and elderly!
