An amazing place to get service work done on your truck or trailer great staff friendly environment
Generator only lasted 900 hours and they refused to cover it under warranty. These machines are built to fail after about 1000 hours and service techs will find a reason to void warranty. Customer service was rude and condescending. Buy a Honda much better more fuel efficient and easier to repair.
Just had our motor home worked on and I was very satisfied with the whole process. We called a couple of weeks in advance to make an appointment and I also requested to use their hookups since we would be arriving later in the day. Their set up for RV's isn't quite as good as we've experienced at other Cummins locations but we managed fine. We could not have had better service. We are full time RVers. We had an emissions issue that had to be immediately addressed. Joe got us in the shop very quickly, David stayed on top of getting the necessary parts, and Connor did a spectacular job fixing our Cummins diesel on our motorhome. He carefully explained everything he was doing and why. It turns out the repair was covered under a Cummins campaign. Absolutely the best shop. Fixed my SCR recall in an RV park without drama. Called them a couple days later East if Medford way outside their usual area but they walked me through handling an engine shutdown because of coolant issue. Helped me fix over the phone and avoided a tow. I may keep calling when I get an issue in the middle of the country.
