We took our motorhome to them to get fixed like we have many times in the past. Discovered the injectors need replaced. Estimate given to us was $7,000. We authorized them to replace the injectors. When we picked up our motorhome, the bill was 8,000. They replaced a different part with no notification to us or authorization from us. Very shady business practice. Don't do business with them.
Called in about a bad crankshaft pulley on my 2002 Dodge Cummins 24v. Got told they don't work on Dodges, even though mine obviously has a Cummins engine. But they will work on Ford Powerstrokes. So even though their website says they perform maintenance on light, medium, and heavy duty trucks, and it is a Cummins facility, they won't work on my DODGE CUMMINS.
Excellent experience for service on our motorhome engine. An unexpected snow caused a problem with our slide covers... these guys helped with that too. Careful about tracking dirt going in and out of our coach. They wear disposable booties while inside. Mike was our technician.
Shane and his guys are great, professional, respectful and knowledgeable. They worked with me the whole time my truck is their shop, constantly kept me update to date with what was going on. Great customer service, highly recommended!
After having my generator worked on at camper service places, paying several hundred dollars and when on the road still having problems. random non starts, sometimes it would start and run fine, others it would start and die in a few minutes, other times, non start for a day or so. I took my roadtrek camper to Cummins, they pulled it out, disassembled the generator and found 2 major problems and a couple of minor ones.
