Called the service dept for 5 weeks trying to get an appointment to bring my generator in for service and NEVER got a call back. By far the worst customer service!
Service tech arrived on-time was able to quickly diagnose my issue. There was a discrepancy on my billing that was quickly resolved once elevated to management. Would use them again.
Took in my R/V without previous appointment and they got Eddie and James on it within a couple hours. Had to get parts from Houston so it wouldn’t be done until the next morning. They did everything they could to make sure we had plenty of water and even gave me a 110v hook up so I could use my a/c . Great staff in this shop .
Oil pressure sensor needed replaced. I had the part. The ECM needed to be calibrated. They spent 4 hours. Should have been less than 2. Charged me $954 and their excuse was because the mechanic was on the phone with cummins for a long time to get the code. Absolutely ripped me off. Service manager Stacy has a horrible attitude. Bad vibes from the start. I should have gone elsewhere. I called cummins headquarters and they even told me I shouldn't have been charge for their phone time with cummins.
Took my Volvo truck to several repair places that couldn't find the root issue. Including Cummins in New Orleans. Spent over $6,000 trying to get it fixed. One placed even replaced my turbo. They had the truck for 1 day called me first thing next morning to tell me it was fixed and it was. Gave the mechanic big tip bought the shop pizza and drinks for lunch. These guys are the best!
