Excellent service! The guys really seem interested in knowing what you're doing and making sure you get the right part. Helpful staff, clean facility, no question can't be answered. Decent stock of parts available in store. Will return for sure.

I highly recommend doing buisness with Them. Had an issue with freight charge and Brett was fantastic to deal with. Brett called me ASAP and gave me a complete refund on the extra charge. I will be moving my buisness and personal purchases here.

Zero Stars is my rating! Got ripped off!!!!!! I went in because my generator was hard to start and would only run for 15 to thirty minutes and shut down. It was putting out power and running fine during the short periods it would run. I told the technician I thought it was a clogged fuel filter based on experience of friends who had the same problem. After 4 hours in the shop the technician proudly announced he found the problem and fixed it. I asked what he found and he replied that the fuel filter was clogged! They charged... read more

Took my QD 3200 diesel Onan generator in to have valves adjusted and injector pressure tested as per 1000 hour service. Dropped it off July 10 told 3 week turnaround time . Called Aug . , not done .... everyone on vacations , picked up Oct. 23 not fixed . Unless you have a large truck engine they have not interest trying to help you. ...very disappointing. I assume they make as much repairing a generator as a truck engine ? Would not buy another cumin onion generator.

Love the local staff if you can go in to see them. HATE THE CALL CENTER, they are knowledgeable but a pain in emergencies.
