Really? Cool dealership, really fast turnaround time on diagnostic brought my truck in sure. Yeah, an ecm code, I totally figured out it was a trans code, really awesome. Jennifer was really direct to the Parts and What Needs to get Done. Pricing was absolutely phenomenal, would highly recommend them

I’m pretty disappointed. I took my truck in after I called and set up the appointment. 1. The appointment is set up on a 800 number not with the dealership directly 2. I was told Tuesday appointment but they scheduled it a full week from the day I was told. The truck went in with def issue, and a clutch fan air leak. “Which I took documents and told several people”! I called Friday April 3 and was told the truck was done. Great service from the staff at this large location that has a bunch of bays to service many vehicles at once. There are three RV electric/water sites if you need to stay with a little grassy area perfect for dog exercising that includes 2 picnic tables. We had a lot of work done that took way over the quoted hours and they did their best to keep the bill as reasonable as possible. I've been to several other locations and this is by far the most customer oriented location yet.

The only positive thing I can say is that they have a good after hours drop off process and were able to look at our RV generator earlier than our scheduled appointment. Other than that, run away from Cummins Sumner as fast as you can. Our RV is only 3 years old, and the generator stopped working recently despite just over 200 hours of use and regular maintenance. I thought taking it to Cummins was the best idea given they are the manufacturer and surely could be trusted with a quality repair at a reasonable price. I was... read more

I'm an Owner Operator of a large sleeper semi truck. Cummins offered a place to stay overnight and had water/electrical hookups for my rig. My dog was happy to greet any wonderful employees inside as we waited for our parts to arrive next day. Thank you Cummins for taking such good care of us both!
