I'm an Owner Operator of a large sleeper semi truck. Cummins offered a place to stay overnight and had water/electrical hookups for my rig. My dog was happy to greet any wonderful employees inside as we waited for our parts to arrive next day. Thank you Cummins for taking such good care of us both!
Great service from the staff at this large location that has a bunch of bays to service many vehicles at once. There are three RV electric/water sites if you need to stay with a little grassy area perfect for dog exercising that includes 2 picnic tables. We had a lot of work done that took way over the quoted hours and they did their best to keep the bill as reasonable as possible. I've been to several other locations and this is by far the most customer oriented location yet.
I can’t say enough good things about the service at this Cummins dealer. We had two 45 foot RVs that had just returned from 60 days in Alaska and were in badly need of some TLC. They let us stay at their 3 RV spots with water and 50 amp service. The service ladies Tia and Jennifer were extremely helpful and the technicians were meticulous and detailed with their service reports. Even the waiting area was dog friendly. Highly recommend them!
After major wind storm knocked out power in many large areas of Western Washington we used our motorhome generator for 4 days straight. Its oil got down to point it was next to nothing. We were in panic mode. Could not find correct oil anywhere but at Cummins. They luckily had power and were open. Sadly I did not get name of man I met there. He heard my story got two quarts of oil and a Cummins Hat. I asked how much. His response was Happy Thanks Giving and just handed to me. How can I not think well of them?
Management needs to remind drivers when they have to legally stop for school buses dropping off students. Your driver illegally stopped and blocked Spanaway loop road stopping for a bus in the far north bound lane. We were heading south. It's a 4 lane road nobody heading south is required to stop. His plate number is C389053S.
