terrible communication policy. My RV has been in shop for major engine overhaul for over one month. Parts were in almost 2 weeks ago. They called last Wednesday and said should be ready by mid week. Had an ‘engine’ light on our diesel motorhome so we took it to Mesa, AZ Cummins Service center. They were certainly nice enough with Amanda leading the ‘nice’ department. They couldn’t find the problem and assured us we could go on the trip we had planned/ $360 later. On day 2 we had made it to the side of a freeway in Texas and had to be towed to Pecos, only 20 miles away to a safe place (Flying J parking lot).
