The staff was extremely respectful and the mechanics new what they were doing. they got the job done.
They were extremely busy and also had to follow Covid-19 guidelines but the staff was friendly and efficient. I had difficulties at first speaking with someone via phone to order a part but my call was returned promptly and I was able to pass the information needed to get my part, which was in stock. I would definitely return if the need arises.
I've been on the road in my RV for a couple of weeks, and had problems with either my generator or my power. I stopped in here with no appointment and they took me right away. The staff was extremely friendly and even though they really didn't find a problem, they did tighten once loose wire and things seem to be working fine now. They went above and beyond in trying to diagnose my problem. I could not have been happier with the way I was treated. Thank you Ronnie!
Horrible warranty service. Unit ran for maybe a total of 26 hours over a 3 day period. Evacuated for Hurricane Ida, bought a p4500i in Tampa, FL to run camper once returning home. We were lucky & without power for only 11 days. We had to borrow one from family to use. Totally disgusted, paid almost $1200 for something useless. Motorcoach broke down on I 10 on the way to Mardi Gras. Had a vehicle towed to this dealership. Jasmine my service representative was most helpful and oversaw the complete repair. All was covered under warranty with no headaches whatsoever. The only part of the whole problem that was not taken care of by these people was the cost of the tub.
