We have an Onan MicroLite 2800 generator that has never had an issue. We took it in to get an oil change. They told us the fuel filter was older but looked good for a few more years. $400 later and our generator starts runs for a minute surges for about 30 seconds and dies. Never had an issue until we paid the professionals here to service it.
Great Service and attention to detail. Quickly (and correctly) identified the problem with our Generator. had most of the parts on hand and tried hard to get one they didn't have. We were on a trip so couldn't wait but on our return they got us in, replaced the final part and we were on our way. Great service at every step. i would go out of my way to utilize this shop!!
My husband and I were driving to Omaha Nebraska when our motorhome lost power on I80! We got off the exit and called CoachNet to have it towed to the closest Cummins dealer which was in Cedar Rapids Iowa! We were treated so good by everyone at this dealership! I can’t Thank Them enough for their fast friendly service! Nick was very nice and answered all of our questions and we were able to stay right there in their parking lot in our motorhome! Thank you Nick and all the other guys at Cummins dealership for making our stress... read more
These people are amazing! We called them because our generator wouldn’t start and we were to be boonbocking the next 2 nights. They worked us in that afternoon and got us going. Best thing was they said it was still under warranty. Awesome friendly people! Thank you!
It's the second time in 5or6 years I've needed to have someone else find my problems on a N-14 select and both times they got me right in and found the problems in a minimal time. They had an injector on hand, which is real rare! Well worth the money and time spent!!
