I don't even know if I have1 star satisfaction! Cummings had our New 2012 truck in the shop for 10 days and did nothing! .. Everyday we did a check asking for update and was told that the mechanic was out (DO THEY ONLY HAVE 1 MECHANIC???) .. Our truck has only 7,000 miles and has a full warrenty and they tried to stick us with a $480.00 bill!! So now we had to pay to have it towed to another shop ..
These people will make it seem like you are at fault, they will try every trick in the book, my truck dad 7500miles, they said it was out I had to pay for my injectors.
