Another update: I owe this place an apology. For all the trouble I was having it turns out Camping World gave me an owners manual for an older model. Thus the reason nothing was making sense to me as to what the shop was explaining to me. I was given an owners manual for the generator I have. Cummins definitely stands behind their product. All you ever get when you call is someone in India who cannot help you. The guys that actually worked there and knew something when you called seem to be more no more . Probably downsized them . Was once a good company to deal with now I'll do whatever I can to buy elsewhere.
Vehicle #19276 almost ran me and my 3 year old daughter off the road because he was upset I had to merge infront of him. I preceded to get over to the Ez pass lane he decided to swerve infront of us and hit his brakes almost causing us to crash into him. Called the cops on him and called HR but not response from them. If I was anyone trying to get service from this company I'd go through someone else.
Repaired the Onan generator for my RV. Showed me very important washer that often falls out when owners do repairs without necessary experience. Welcomed me to call or stop by with any questions. They also have a great picnic area to use if waiting for repairs. This was particularly helpful because customers are not allowed inside at this time due to the coronavirus. Thanks.
I stopped here to pick up a piece of equipment going to New Mexico and one of the managers called the broker saying I was being difficult and ripping the doors off. What a liar...I didn't remove the doors, a employee at Cummings did. Removing 4 doors is how you secure the unit. I want a apology.
