I also received all's make sure I understood the warranty process could take. Everyone was friendly and helped me unload my portable generator.
Made an appt for the $360 oil change and filter. They failed to order the filter. Paid $345 for... Less than half the job done? No asking, "hey we're missing the one part needed for your oil change, wanna reschedule?" No offering, " hey come back we'll take care of the filter that we forgot"... ? I started a new account with them and booked onsite service for a transfer switch. They did an outstanding job, arrived on time, and charged me a fair price. I highly recommend giving them a call for service.
We were on our way north in our 2018 Dutch Star on Friday, 6/26/2020 at 2:30 pm, when the check engine light, printed warning and beeping began. We pulled into the next rest area and called Cummins Saginaw and told them we were coming in. Ty met us and diagnosed a DEF tank problem. 1st off I will start off by letting everyone know how great the field tech section is. Had Cummins campaign 2112 on our motorhome. Called Trina and explained what was going and she worked us into the schedule which was 2 weeks out but really made me feel like she cared. Few days pass and Trina called and let me know they had a tech freed and could get to us sooner. Paul our tech was one of the nicest and best person too meet.
