Took my Onan 4 KY generator in for repair and Caitlin and Bob (Tech) were amazing. Caitlin went out of her way to help me get scheduled and Bob (tech) was working on my unit before I even left the driveway. They quickly notified me of the problem and cost, and did an excellent job of getting me out the door and down the road. My only problem is the cost, (which they have no control over), but that’s what happens when ya have an Onan!! Thanks Rocky Mountain Cummins!!
Bob and the guys at Cummins Farmington did a great job repairing the Onan Diesel generator in our RV. They were very knowledgeable, professional and accommodating. It’s always good to do business with mechanics that are “gear heads” and one look in the parking lot tells you these guys love tricked out 4 wheel drives! It’s a first rate shop with good mechanics.
I've gotten my parts here for years and never had a problem. Parts department has gone downhill, the last few times I've had to deal with a mental deficient women. She had no idea what she was doing and it took for ever to get the parts I needed ( oil and fuel filters for an ISB 6.7), I would think those are sold pretty regularly. I understand that companies need to employee a certine demographic and I have no problem with that, but this employee should be sweeping floors and taking out trash, she has no business dealing wit... read more
