Please stay away from this place. Otherwise, you will not be happy with the price. because, We discussed 2 hours diagnostic to check it my truck. before they took the to the shop and they told me the diagnostic it’s $500 and I said, Okay. What happened after 2 hours when they brought the truck into the shop. they forced me to pay $1,700 without doing nothing for me. avoid this place, they really conned me!
I noticed an issue with an oil leak on my motorcoach. Their diagnostics and inspection suggested a leak in two locations. The repair estimate was $4200. I approved the repairs and left town for a few days. I returned to pick up the coach to a big surprise. Only one leak was found and it was the easiest to fix. So including the diagnostics, our bill was only $1800. They did not have to fess up to their findings during the repairs. They could have done like most shops and billed me the $4200, but they did not. I appre... read more
Great fast service for stranded travelers. They fixed our generator and performed services needed to get us back on the road. Friendly techs and they honor our veterans. Awesome business! Highly recommend!
I just received some of the best Customer Service I’ve received in years, not only that, the techs out on the floor did an awesome job too. I wish all companies did business like Hilliard Cummins.
