I would never work with this company again! They started out very professional but once we paid in full the service and professionalism stopped. They left our job incomplete. We still need to run a line to the house for ground. They have set up 3 times to come to our house to finish the job. And they have cancelled 3 times. Two times they didnt even contact us to say they were cancelling. I guess my next move is to file in small claims court. I will be seeing you in court!
I just had my 42’ Entegra diesel pusher with 450 ISL in the Horseheads shop for full engine and chassis service, as well as fix some pretty bad oil seal and gasket leaks. Jeremiah, Gerry and diesel technician Kyle were absolutely awesome and i am really satisfied with the level of care and expertise they showed for me and the coach. Happy with work done and the customer service. The price per hour to work on a generator mounted in an RV outrageous!!! $132 an hour. Talk about price gouging. But service centers are few in the area. Its not rocket science.2 stars on pricing.
Best caring didn't over charge me, from the office to the mechanic greatest I was ever treated. Best experience, my RV is still running great, go Cummings
They were nice enough to squeeze us in, our Monaco motor home was having a bad oil leak. They had no problem taking care of it for us. THEY KNOW THIER STUFF
