Keep searching, there has to be a shop that takes ownership of the quality service provided to consumers. I ordered parts from Cummings that were supposed to be shipped to the Tucson location and because I didn't get there quickly to pick up the parts they sold the parts right from and underneath me without ever giving me a call.
Took my 4000W Onan generator in after it stopped working. They were able to quickly look at it and let me know it was toast. Thankfully it was under manufacture warranty and able to have the engine replaced. Rose and the entire team were wonderful to work with. Thank you again for all of your help and the pups said thanks for the pets!
Cummings Tucson is my new favorite place to go for our motorhome engine repairs and maintenance. For close to a year we were having engine cooling issues with our Cummings ISL engine. Cummings brought it into the shop and attempted to fixed the obvious problem. It turned out that the problem was much more serious and the issue was a cracked head, not just a pack rats clogged the radiator. Do everything you can to not bring your rv or generator here for service. These people do not want to help you. They just want to charge you and run up a bill. The shop rates here 214$/hour are the highest to Tucson.
