As a First Home Buyer I had deplorable service from Cunic homes. I was left out of pocket $3,000. During the conceptual planning process I had a really unprofessional customer experience, which lacked sound advice and appropriate cost guides to make good design decisions. Cunic could not provide me with a functional Conceptual Plan that was within the original budget we had agreed to.
