Needed premium branded boxes for an office event. Found Custom Boxes Hub on Instagram and contacted their support. Chris, their consultant, was fantastic. guided me through size measurement and design options and even suggested a dazzling gold logo on black – perfect! After a few emails and a call, they finalized the design in just two days (loved the 3D preview!) The boxes arrived exactly on time and looked incredible. Employees loved them! Highly recommend Custom Boxes Hub – already told my colleagues about them.

They literally lie about just about everything and have no remorse once you call them out. After the first couple of lies we started doing some digging and found out that the address they have listed is also false. They are not based in the U.S. like they said they were. We called the property manager for the building listed as their address on their website and she told us she has never heard of this company. Ran into a series of dead ends before finding Chris. Other places took several weeks just to quote me price, while Chris had the entire job completed in 3! Received my order and the quality was not only on time but very high quality. Highly recommend them. Will be working with them again. Sincere 5 star review.

I have used Custom Boxes now for 2 seperate projects. I have been impressed both times, not just with the quality but also the service. I work with a sales rep named Katherine, she's very helpful and has been extremely communicative the entire process from start to finish.

anything you imagine, you can make with CBH. The personal touch sets them apart. I literally just described what I wanted and the team built out templates for me. It was super easy to drop in my graphics in illustrator. They will walk you through every part of production and even check in to make sure your package is perfect. I made beautiful boxes for my trilogy out of cardstock and they turned out great and didn't cost a lot.
