CHI replaced my leaky two-level roof with a 30-yr gorgeous roof that has been problem-free for 5 years, withstanding hurricanes, tropical storms, and nor’westers. Great experience! Starting with the initial estimate and culminating with the completed repairs, Don Welch and his team were very professional and courteous throughout the process. The foreman and his crew were very knowledgeable, thorough and clean during the repair work. Excellent job. I highly recommend this company to all who need home improvement work. I had siding repair completed by Neil. Neil was able to provide me with a very reasonable quote and also I was shocked and excited that he was able to complete the job immediately (same day). He was very polite and professional. He did amazing job and also was able to pull dome limbs up that was growing under my siding. I would most definitely use custom home improvement again. Thanks for your help.

Neil was excellent. His customer service was impeccable and his workmanship was second to none. My porch roof had been leaking and worrying me for years. Every step of the project Neil took “before and after” pictures to show his progress and the improvements. I no longer have anxiety going on my porch and can safely enjoy outside thanks to Neil’s and CHI’s high standards for quality.

The General Contractor came out to assess my home within 10 days. He performed an assessment, took photos and scheduled the work within 10 days. I'm very happy with the work performed. My issue was a leaky window. I'm confident the repair was performed well and the warranty was explained should it returns. Great Tech, Great Company

When Lyle and Greg came to give me information and an estimate on a roof they answered all of my questions and gave me all the information I needed to make my decision to go with Custom Home Improvements. .They gave me such peace of mind!!!The job was done when they said it would be and the roofers took care of everything In one day.
