The window put crew installed 3 oversized fixed windows. The job was completed quickly and professionally, the area was cleaned up and all work was completed as described in the presentation when I purchased the windows. Extremely satisfied.

I had a great experience getting a new roof from Custom Home Improvement. Everyone I dealt with was professional and honest. And I would highly recommend them. My only complaint, and it was minor, is that they didn’t move the pool furniture back when they were done. But otherwise they were punctual and speedy.

I had my gutters detaching from my house and some rotting wood under the trim. I live in a two story house and it was in the back.... 22 foot ladder I have couldn't reach. They scheduled the repairs within a week. Neil, the repair guys showed up promptly as promised and went straight to work. I sat out and watched him work and just chatted about each step. Francisco came out and gave us our estimate and performed the work and we were extremely pleased with everything he did. He was very knowledgable and completed the job professionally, showing us pictures and explaining everything he had done. We couldn't be more pleased with our experience.

CHI replaced my leaky two-level roof with a 30-yr gorgeous roof that has been problem-free for 5 years, withstanding hurricanes, tropical storms, and nor’westers. Great experience! Starting with the initial estimate and culminating with the completed repairs, Don Welch and his team were very professional and courteous throughout the process. I had siding repair completed by Neil. Neil was able to provide me with a very reasonable quote and also I was shocked and excited that he was able to complete the job immediately (same day). He was very polite and professional. He did amazing job and also was able to pull dome limbs up that was growing under my siding. I would most definitely use custom home improvement again.
