I ordered a leveling kit for my truck and it was shipped in a reasonable amount of time. Unfortunately, I found out that I didn't need the parts so I contacted the customer support for a refund. Through email, they explained the process thoroughly and I had my money back in a short amount of time. When needed, I will definitely be ordering other products from Custom Offsets
