I have a decent history of doing business with Custom offsets. This would be my 4th set of complete wheel/tire package I purchase from them and as always, it went trouble free. If anything, I was the one giving problems because of how indecisive I was. The guy I spoke to was very patient and understanding. He, without any hesitation made the changes for me and even refunded me the difference. I am extremely pleased and will continue doing business with Custom Offsets

I am ecstatic about my tire and rim package. I was contacted from Custom offsets early in the ordering process and convinced me to get my rims ceramic coated which I originally didnt order. I am glad I agreed to it. Not expensive and well worth it in the long run

Easy order, great shipping. Product was excellent condition. Only issue was tpms di'd not work. Went to their recommended tire dealer. They could not get them to transmit signal. Very good correspondence between myself and custom offset, they refunded me the cost of the tpms. Overall, very good company to deal with.

Bought a kryptonite leveling kit for my truck, was super glad that CO had the kit in stock! Numerous other distributors, including krytonite themselves, were on back order and would take 6-8weeks before even shipping out. Shipping was quick and easy verifying fitment and add-ins. Only gripe was half of the order arriving one day and the other half the next day. Then the torsion keys showing up last, but other than that it was overall legit a good experience.
