Your communication was great From start to finish! The problem that I had was the build, I selected off of the website noted that the tires would fit with No rubbing or trimming needed. This was not the case, and I had to do quite a bit of trimming to get them to fit. So this caused me some extra work and time before I could get the tires on.

I ordered over the phone which was nice, just to ensure that my order would be correct. Everyone I spoke to was very professional and super helpful, customer service is top notch. My only complaint is I ended up getting the wrong tire I wanted the Lexani 30 but ended up getting the Lexani 20 which was just a small miscommunication so no big deal, besides I’m satisfied with the Lexani 20 it is more than good enough. I would highly recommend custom offsets and will most likely order from them again.
