I was blown away by the experience of buying from custom offsets . They went way above and beyond to help help me . Dylan was awesome and everyone else I had contact with . They were in communication with me from the start , making sure the rims I wanted would work with my vehicle and setup. I’ve used custom offsets a few different times now and it has been great. But, this time it wasn’t as good. It took them two weeks just to tell me my wheels were back ordered and discontinued (They showed in stock when I purchased them). Then I had to pick out new wheels and send them even more money for something that wasn’t my fault. In total, it took about a month for them to be delivered from when I originally ordered them. Website navigates easily, however they have a lot of stock on back order that other companies have in stock. Customer service is on point
