My experience with Custom Offsets has been positive. I received my wheels and tires in 7-10 days as indicated by tracking. During inspection of the delivery, I found 2 of the 4 tires were damaged. I indicated the damage on the bill of material the driver had me sign and sent an e-mail with photos of the damage. The Custom Offsets response was extremely fast & they sent out 2 new tires within 5-7 days. Later during tire installation, I noticed that they also sent the wrong lug nuts.
