I accidentally ordered wrong tire size on a Saturday and Monday morning the issue was fixed. Customer service is top notch. However the shipping company sucked, I was told delivery was going to be between 11am-3pm and the wheels and tires were to be hand unload by customer.

Communication was great on all aspects. Wheel/Tire inventory was real-time (unlike some other sights) which made purchasing much easier without a huge runaround. Wheels/Tires were delivered on-time mounted and balanced properly. Only item that was poor in a way was that I ordered the TPMS re-learn tool and did NOT need it. My truck did it all by itself. After ensuring fitment to the vehicle maybe also ensure if TPMS re-learn tool is necessary.
