I bought a rim and tire combo and it came right on time and was spotless no damage whatsoever but later found out one of the tires was out around so I emailed the warranty team and was guided though the process got a new tire and was delivered very quick got them swapped out and sent the damaged tire for a inspection now waiting for the refund but my experience has been great I will be a returning customer.
