Hello, My CSR, Kizer did an excellent job of communicating by email the process for custom offsets return policy. Kizer even let me know when I was running out of time to shit my product back, which I really appreciated. Kizer had a positive tone on the emails which I appreciate it and therefore give Kaiser five stars for service. I would give five stars for custom offsets, but I feel a $50 restocking fee on a product that I did not open and also exchanged for a more expensive product, along with ordering other products f... read more

I really appreciate the number of options available for wheels and tires, even if it made the decision that much harder. Once I made my decision, the rest was super easy.
