Had 2 teeth extracted while on local anaesthesia and i almost didn’t feel a thing. The staff are experts in putting you in a very relaxed state and the doctor was very thorough in explaining step by step, the whole procedure while he is doing the actual extraction. Except for the needle poking for the anaesthesia, the full experience was totally void of any pain. Awesome team!!
TWO areas of concern. CVOS dosen't bill the insurance company directly, so in the case of our son who had his wisdom teeth out. We were told upon booking that we would be charge 7 hundred dollars which was the amount not covered. But this was not the case we had to pay CVOS in excess of 3000.00 dollars. Now what if you didn't have that cash because you were mislead? Also secondly, when your paying out these amounts, would you not think parking at Credit Valley Hospital would be covered by Cvos?
Dr. Kristina Perschbacher, nurses and staff members were very helpful in answering my questions. Each step of the procedure was fully explained which alleviated my anxiety. After the surgery I was informed of what to expect in my recovery by cleaning the site and what to eat for 3 to 4 days. I rate CVOS five stars for their excellent service.
My daughter had all 4 wisdoms removed and was well taken care of from start to finish. She received a follow up call the next day to make sure her recovery was going well and because of their excellent care, it certainly was! Definitely recommend Dr. Hodgson and the team at CVOS Oral Surgery!
Amazing and peaceful time here for my wisdom teeth surgery. My surgeon always mad me calm and collected for my surgery. Thank you.
