My son recently had wisdom teeth extraction (all 4) last month. I had a fractured tooth extracted yesterday. Dr. Nadir Elias and the nurses answered all my questions. I have visited all three offices and from the time I walked in everyone is so professional and helpful. I would definitely recommend Dr. Nadir Elias, he is very knowledgeable. The entire process of getting my wisdom tooth removed was a very relaxing and swift procedure, the CVOS Oral Surgery team was magnificent at every step of the way. I was given options on how the procedure can be carried out and the doctor/surgeon was very kind as he explained the details and risks of the procedure. Had 2 teeth extracted while on local anaesthesia and i almost didn’t feel a thing. The staff are experts in putting you in a very relaxed state and the doctor was very thorough in explaining step by step, the whole procedure while he is doing the actual extraction. Except for the needle poking for the anaesthesia, the full experience was totally void of any pain. Awesome team!!
Dr. Kristina Perschbacher, nurses and staff members were very helpful in answering my questions. Each step of the procedure was fully explained which alleviated my anxiety. After the surgery I was informed of what to expect in my recovery by cleaning the site and what to eat for 3 to 4 days. I rate CVOS five stars for their excellent service.
Other than the issue with parking at The Credit Vally Hospital and waiting 15 minutes for the elevator in the Surgical building, Everything Else was top of the line. I will say this, The parking at CVH is nothing less than despicable. Shambolically, appalling would be a better term. I will not be putting myself through such a fiasco ever again.
