Diving from the Diver Down is always an absolute blast! The captain and crew are not only professional but also super friendly and clearly obsessed with diving, which makes every trip exciting. Brand new diver, so I was very nervous. Before booking I sent an email with a lot of questions. Captain Packebush asked me to call. We talked for nearly an hour. His honest answers and calm demeanor made me confident in booking my dive. Then when I got to the boat, I was not disappointed. The crew was fun and friendly, but also incredibly knowledgeable. I had a wonderful time diving with Forrest. He accommodated me on short notice when another dive charter cancelled, and it worked out for the best. Forrest didn’t have a charter scheduled the day I was looking to dive, but instead he was participating in a cleanup in part of the lake alongside the county and other dive shops. It felt great being part of a community event, even as someone not from the area I felt immediately welcomed. Had an amazing experience diving Lake Pleasant off the Cyborg Pirate yesterday (6/2)! I am brand new to diving but Capt. Forrest, Brad, and the whole crew showed me incredible patience and encouragement when I had an uncomfortable moment at the start. From then on, both dives were tranquil and fun. The other divers (of all experience levels) were also positive and supportive all day. I enjoyed my day so much I already reserved a spot on the Cyborg Pirate for Saturday! 🤿🐟👍🏼

Forrest was amazing, and he really went above and beyond my expectations. I hired him to retrieve a camera I had lost at the bottom of Lake Pleasant 5 days prior. Not only did he find it, but he also provided a video of the recovery dive. To top it all off, his communication was clear, concise, professional and, most importantly, friendly. I'd recommend him for any diving needs.
