They came on time and they clean my chimney and fireplace they took photos before and after and they sold me the cap for the roof.
My furnace wasn't working this morning and I called Cyclone Air Systems in San Jose, they came on weekend and they changed the control motherboard. Now is working perfectly fine now
The technician came last summer to fix the AC, and just came back to fix our (Carrier) heater. Very thorough service and expertise. I would highly recommend.

I called Cyclone Air Systems before Covid 19 to check if my unit was working properly as it had been causing the power at my home to completely go out. They were able to show up within a few hours and inspected my unit. The Cyclone technician offered to speak to my electrician, who had been on site earlier, and they were able to troubleshoot efficiently.
