The technician was friendly and prompt. He was very professional and explained what he was doing. He gave me information on wood vs Duraflame and recommended cleaning once a year when used. He also kept my carpet clean with a cover.
First hot day of the year, and of course--my air conditioner goes on the fritz. The thermostat was calling for heat, but nothing was happening to the air conditioner--complete silence. I reached out to Cyclone on Yelp at 8pm, and they responded in 10 mins--Mario was out the next day (a weekend!). I used Cycolne 2 years ago to repair my ac unit. In which, once again, Sunday, I used the ac for the first time this year, and we noticed warm air coming out from the air ducts. i called cyclone air systems and they came the same day through and fixed it as good as new. Now I'm ready for the summer.
I was very happy with the service. They arrived on time and started to work immediately. I have a very old HVAC system. It took less than an hour to make the AC system work smoothly. it turns out, my HVAC system is dated back to 1995. The fan did not work, and it was leaking. with the professional service and knowledge, my HVAC system quickly quickly. I would highly recommend their service
Todays was Father's Day, nobody wanted to come out to help us in the heat when our AC broke. We called cyclone Flavio did a fantastic job, he was very prompt to call back, he showed up the next morning at 10Am, fast service and reasonable price, with a warranty on his work! He got our AC repaired quickly. I definitely recommend Cyclone for all your repair needs.
