Every since Pangea has taken over my building we have experienced more downs than ups. I and a few more neighbors have been living here for 15+ years and never had to deal with the run arounds they give you. They don’t treat the grass, they don’t pick up trash, they don’t clean the hallways, the don’t respond to certain situations like they should. It’s horrible. I called on day before yesterday around (Saturday)3pm and told them my power surged and went out they did come until Sunday around 4:30pm so I had no power until
