Just moved into my freshly rehabbed apartment everything is marvelous I've been with Pangea for 3years and this is by far one of the best apartments I've had. Magnolia is so thorough with staying on top of things her communication skills are A1. She is a great definition of a Property Manager so helpful and professional. So lucky to have such an amazing property manager its only right that I stay on top of my payments & some!! Thanks Pangea you all are lucky to have her :)

I was recently introduced to my new property manager Ashanti Cole. She called me regarding my lease renewal and her phone presence was amazing. She was very patient and knowledgeable regarding all of my questions. Her phone etiquette was everything as well as her tone which I really appreciate. My Pangea property manager Ashanti Cole is attentive, answered my call and questions with ease when I contacted her. I had an emergency maintenance worker order, she took care of it same day and efficiently. She’s also very polite and professional. Thank you Ashanti!
I literally just was inform as of yesterday Ms. Ashanti was my best property manager and she been great so far. Any concerns I’ve had she’s took care of then within a drop of a dime I wish I would’ve meet her way before now.
