I have been living in Pangea Apartments for over a year now .Nothing is perfect .. but this place is, perfect for me. My property Manager Miss Davina B, is great ! She is on point, she answers any questions & concerns that I have had. When things need to be done in my place and or around the complex she on it right away - to live somewhere and feel like home is a blessing ... I was so Skeptical about renting with Pangea because of everything I heard about them and here I am now 2 years later my Property Manager Davina is a asset to the company and is a GREAT employer she definitely here for her tenants no questions ask

I just transferred in my new apartment Thanks to Magnolia! I was being harassed by my neighbor and she stood on top of the situation up until my new transfer. I been with Pangea for 3 years now and she actually was my leasing agent for my first apartment. Later down the line became my property manager. I’m honestly so grateful for her! Thank You so much Maggie! 💜

My property manager Magnolia is nothing short of great. She’s very understanding, prompt, and professional. She responds to texts and calls quickly and helps in any way that she can. Magnolia embodies everything you would want in a property manager. I guess I got lucky. Thank you Magnolia and Pangea.

Davina is the best! She works with you on anything. Communication is the key with your property managers. I had got badly hurt on the job, lost my job, and almost my apartment. She worked with me, and provided me with a lot of info on how to keep my apartment. Now I'm on my second year, new job, and won my legal case against my former employer. She was so nice to me and still is.

Hi my name is Marie and my daughter used to live in a pangea apartment until her untimely passing but I want to thank Dario and Magnolia for helping our family sort through things .I thought that it was so nice Magnolia gave me a condolences card when I came to close out my daughter's account . Pangea truly cares!!!!! and you just don't know how that lifted my spirits thanks pangea for taking such good care of my daughter and thank you Dario and Magnolia for the extra TLC!!!

My property manager Magnolia has been my rock through my stay here at pangea . She pays attention to detail and always understands my concerns and is always on point to solve them . I love pangea and my home.
