It's the coldest time of the season and we don't have any heat!!
No I would not recommend Pangea to anyone. I’ve been having leaks in the ceilings in the bathroom and kitchen area since 2/14 and here it is 2/19 and guess what it’s leaking. I’m keep getting told that maintenance have until 11 pm to come out. I came home to a flooded bathroom and no one still came over to see if there’s any damage... STAY FAR AWAY AND I MEAN FAR AWAY
On 3-14, I spoke with a realtor (Alicia) regarding an apartment. She and I set an appointment day for Sunday 3-15 at 5:30pm. I showed up at 5:00pm after driving 2 hours to get there from South Haven. I was joined by 2 ladies who had appointments at 5pm. We all left at 6:15pm. I was very disappointed in lack of professional courtesy. This real estate agency is a scam! They take your money and tell you that you are approved and then tell you that you aren't once you decide you want to close on a place. Every unit we were shown had roaches and bugs. The person showing us the units was not helpful or informative amd every single person at this establishment were rude and ignorant. They were quick to tell you "this is a recorded line" but yet spoke to you in a very nasty manner. IF YOU CAN DO NOT WORK WITH THEM. THEY ARE FRAUDS!!
They don’t clean the apartment before you move in, it was dead bugs everywhere smh. Haven’t even been here a full week and I’m OVER IT! Do better
Many of their buildings has roaches and they come out & spray but that does nothing. I have a newborn. They never cleaned the carpet. Tried to get a different unit elsewhere or a way out of the lease but the building manager DARRELL MARTIN does not return any calls or does anything to help. The phone reps don’t help either
Living in any of their property in the urban community because you will not be treated with dignity. Non of your concerns will be taken into consideration. You will be met with their generic emails about resolving issues that never are, or an unsympathetic sorry and that matter will be going to hire up management.
I love how my hot water turns off for days at a time, and how it runs yellow when it works. I love that when my neighbor moved in and brought bed bugs, I was forced to pay for an invasive pest control process. My neighbor of course doesn't have to do it, so after they disrupt my life for more than three weeks and force me to pay for it, I'll still have bed bugs cause it's actually the neighbor who just moved in like I told them.
