I went to her for PTSD and agoraphobia. Upon asking about methods we could use to help me get over my issues, I was told that the only thing I need to do is accept and that there was nothing wrong with not being able to function or have a life basically. Just let the fear come over me and go with it. ACT is horrible for agoraphobia and flashbacks, but I’m sure it may help some with lesser problems.
