Quick and easy, much simpler with Zoom than the old app.
Easy to book with the therapist. The mobile check in can be a bit clunky and when I checked in in-person, the girl was too busy scrolling on her phone to notice me waiting for over a minute at the glass window. Do I really have to check in twice for every appointment?
