The service at this funeral home is exceptional! The kindness and compassion that was shone is extraordinary. They did an exceptional job on my husband. I’ve been to severally funerals there, and every deceased person, looked amazing. They do great work and are very compassionate and kind to the family and friends of the deceased. We were fortunate enough to know that my dad was going to pass from brain cancer. Even though you know it is coming you are never prepared. Nick and the team came in to pick up our Dad and were extremely respectful and took care of him. They even folded the sheets and blanket. I wouldn't have even thought of that!! Thank you guys for being genuine!!
Nick, his wife, and the entire team at Cypress were truly a blessing to work with during the unexpected loss of a young girl. They went above and beyond in every way, helping us navigate a patchwork of donations, charities, and resources to ensure everything was taken care of. The viewing was absolutely beautiful. Dealing with the loss of a love one is always difficult. The support and service we received from the staff at Cypress Funeral Home made the whole process easier to navigate. Nick was prompt in coming to the house in the middle of the night and was respectful of our grief -- letting us say our final goodbyes. The funeral home was amazing. The staff was incredibly respectful, supportive, and genuinely concerned with the needs of our family. They took their time with us, answered all of our questions, and explained everything clearly. The cremation process was handled promptly, and we were able to bring our mother home in a beautiful urn, along with lovely keepsakes.
