The staff at Cypress are phenomenal. Nicholaus, Nick and Claire were professional, compassionate, patient and supportive. We are a very inquisitive family, and even in the midst of a quite busy situation we received responses in a timely and kind manner. I could not have imagined a finer group of people or more perfect location for guiding our farewell to my mom.
The staff of Cypress Funeral Home were so professional, genuine and accommodating. I recently lost my boyfriend of 8 years and even through my sadness and heartbreak, their staff made it so smooth and easy from the planning to the actual service. Mr. Nick and his staff at Cypress Funeral Home were very accommodating and professional in handling the funeral of my nephew. We were given many options and suggestions which were very helpful. From our first call to Cypress everything went very smoothly and took a lot of stress off of my sister(Sherry) and I(Shelly). We cannot thank them enough for their caring Professionalism.
My mom passed away unexpectedly And about six people recommended me to this funeral home. The funeral Director worked with us and we had a difficult situation and he’s very nice. The service was beautiful. My mom felt like she was sleeping. We had her cremated and gave us a really good deal on urns. Recommend wholeheartedly
I was absolutely satisfied they did a wonderful job on my son I was very impressed the staff were very nice and understanding also affordable.
