Nick, his wife, and the entire team at Cypress were truly a blessing to work with during the unexpected loss of a young girl. Our mom passed on 7-25-2025. We had her for a long time but it was still not long enough. Cypress funeral home treated us with respect and compassion. They took their time with us, making sure they understood just how special she was. At the end of the arrangement process, we were treated like a family in mourning and not a dollar sign.
The funeral home was amazing. The staff was incredibly respectful, supportive, and genuinely concerned with the needs of our family. They took their time with us, answered all of our questions, and explained everything clearly. Cypress was a true blessing! When my mother passed leaving just three kids behind with no clue how funerals work exactly we was about to be ripped off by another company, cypress stepped in and guided us through it all! They made our time and concerns very personal and meaningful and allowed us to let our children see their grandmother for the last time and it was all beautiful and smooth selling!
