I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident The staff is the best I have seen. The place doesn't smell. The staff went above and beyond to help with my parents and to assure they got what was needed

I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident My dad is a resident of Cypress Grove Rehabilitation Center. It is a veteran-centered facility and he's a veteran. I guess he is in skilled nursing because they administer his medicine. He loves the staff; they're very friendly. They check on him a lot and he's got a good rapport with them. I would just say they are very short-staffed, which I think every place is right now. So that's an issue, especially in their kitchen. Their meals are usually light. But he doesn't mind... read more

I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident My brother-in-law is at Cypress Grove Rehabilitation Center. He likes it there. They're letting you visit outside because of the virus, and he gets visits when he's up to it. The only thing he's told me is that he likes it. They have things to do, but he doesn't join. He likes the staff. He said they're good to him. The food is good. They take care of him. He's got hospice now, too, and they come and check on him. I talk to the staff on the phone. I visited this facility Rooms are very small bathrooms are not accessible for some patients I have visited there 3 times every time the place smells like urine Rooms are very drab and am very concerned none of the time did my brother have any water to sip on in hi room I would never take anyone I loved there
