LONG STORY ALERT!!! I have lived over here for awhile. I haven’t had much encounter with management over time and i have never been one to complain much. If i do, it must be really bad. You have to pay for your own repairs. Washer units stop working and don’t get replaced because you have to pay for repairs yourself. Management has picks and choose with tenants. All the illegal activities get overlooked. Maintenance do the bare minimum.
Apartment manager talks crazy to you and it's a lot of illegal activities going on here.. I'm ready to move. You can't get a understanding or even explain situations they will shut you down and not hear what you have to say. I'm a grown man and shouldn't be treated like I'm her kid.
I'm highly disappointed at how we've been mistreated. The managers here are ungodly and unfair. They often show favoritism among family and friends as they often break rules and regulations.
