Steve King with D.S. Murphy Appraisers is so knowledgeable and is a great trainer! He has done many classes for Keystone Title, training Realtors and they are amazed at how much they learn in just 3 hours! His appraisals are thorough and he truly cares.

If you want to get an accurate appraisal for your property never use this company. You will have a huge discount for your property value. I have a to hire another company to do appraisal for my property. Very frustrated experience.
