The salesperson was very informed on the product and explaining the process for demo and remodel. Explained possible time frames for installations. I was very impressed with the presentation by the salesperson and knowing the company is family based looking after the customer.

Then they took the time to explain everything and answer any and all questions I had! They were so polite and professional. Even my cats loved them!
