The salesman were nice. But he had made statements that did not turn out to be true. An example is we have gutter guards. I mentioned that we we did not want ladders leaned against them as that can bend them and destroy their effectiveness. The salesman explained that all the ladders the crews used had 'legs' on them that went against the house not against the gutter. No true. None of the ladders had legs. They were punctual and professional, cleaning up every day at the end of the day. They started on a Monday and were done by the following Friday. We were very impressed with the salesperson (Polly). She was personable and worked with us regarding our needs and budget.

DaBella came out and gave me an estimate on my windows. I had looked at cheaper windows, but you get what you pay for and I wanted a better product. The gentlemen that gave the estimate explained in detail the product and process, and what they said would happened. The install team were very proffessional and courteous. The roofers were good. I had some issues; I had a concern about them putting the roof on in the wintertime because where I live is very very windy in the winter time and the city has high standard of roofing and application because of the wind, and they assured me that there wouldn’t be a problem. The sales rep from DaBella spent 4 hours explaining their services and walking around my neighborhood in order to compare different roof styles and quality. The crew was very friendly, great at explaining and asking my opinions, and finished in one day. It was an excellent experience, which offset the cost.
We got all the quotes but we haven't had the work done because our furnace went out. They were very prompt and everything was fine. They got back to me quickly and followed up as well.
The workmen were on time, very available to questions and did an excellent job of cleaning up and keeping me informed as to where they were toward completion.
