Debella contacted me regarding the issues I experienced. They said I should not have experienced the high pressure sales tactics and were very sorry for my experience. They promised to send the missing gift card; which has now been received. They also offered me a good discount on the roof or if I had already taken care of that project, I could use the discount for another service they provide. Same as above, didn't have any work done....
The salesman was professional, had his product info down pat, and was not pushy. Their product is absolutely top of the line and therefore extremely expensive. It would have priced our house right out of the neighborhood. So if you need a new roof system, and are ready to invest, give them a call.
We first spoke with Mike Kromm, a DaBella salesperson, whom we found to be friendly, honest, and willing to keep the sales pitch to a minimum. He educated us about the GAF roofing system DaBella uses, and the highly inclusive 50-year warranty that comes straight from GAF, not from the roofing company. Their service was excellent. They had excellent customer service. I like that it is a family run business. They did stellar work and follow up.
Initially we had a bad experience with the salesman they sent out, and provided a negative review. Once the owners heard about our experience they immediately took steps to make things right. They came out themselves, took proper measurements and gave us several pricing options. When the owners left we felt like they had provided a good experience, and left us feeling more than comfortable to give them our business in the future.
